SHIPPING

Shipping is always free.

  Each order is processed within 24-72 hours. Once processed, you will receive a tracking number, which allows you to track the shipping or delivery status directly on our website by entering it on the "Track Your Order" page.

 Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected product, but on average, they range from 7 to 13 business days. In case of slight delays, we kindly ask for your patience.

Notes

The local courier will make 1 to 3 delivery attempts, depending on the circumstances. If the item is not picked up within the expected delivery period, the package will be returned to the local post office for storage for 3-7 days. During this period, you must contact the courier and pick up the package in person. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender, which is our logistics company. Please note that during the return process, we will not be held responsible for any loss of products.

We will not process a refund or send a replacement shipment if the tracking information indicates that the order has been delivered or refused by the recipient.
