Order Cancellation Policy
Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order must be made before the order is processed. Sometimes the order is processed after a few hours in other cases after 1-2 days. We cannot predict this. After this period, we may not be able to honor your cancellation request. If we receive a positive response, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Returns and Refunds
We offer a 14-day return window for unused items returned in their original packaging. We do not issue refunds for items that are used, worn, or damaged due to normal use or misuse. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please email us within 14 days of delivery at info@petgardenhome.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 48 hours, providing the return shipping address . All returns must be approved by our team before shipping the product. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Please include your order number and shipping name in the package for easy processing. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs , except in the case of items damaged upon receipt / damaged items /

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Once we receive your return, we may take up to 10 business days to inspect the item(s). Once we confirm the item(s) are in good condition, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 days. It should appear on your bank statement within 5-7 business days.
All refunds are processed in Euros , the same currency as the original purchase. Customers are responsible for any fees associated with foreign currency transactions or exchange rates.

Product Problems
We take product safety seriously and encourage customers to use our products safely and responsibly. Follow all usage instructions and safety precautions provided with your product. Failure to do so may result in damage or injury, for which we cannot be held responsible. If you experience any discomfort while using our products, discontinue use immediately and contact us via our contact page. We will be happy to assist you with any concerns or questions you may have.

Damaged Items
We carefully package our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken . Packages damaged during shipping, such as dented boxes, etc., with a product in good condition, are not considered damage.
If your item shows a defect or arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with a clear photo or video of the damage. We will promptly take care of the case and ship you a replacement at no additional cost within a few days. We do not issue refunds or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver your order within the delivery times stated on our website, but cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping or delivery outside of our control, including those caused by the carrier, customs or other factors. If you experience any delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. We are not responsible fo stolen packages.
